We are among the blessed to have had our paths cross with Cliff on several occasions. If you were to go to the www.BillyGraham.org website you would find thousands upon thousands of tributes from around the world to this very special humble, kind, gracious, caring, encouraging, friend and godly servant of the LORD.

Of the ministry times we were with Cliff, the most memorable was when we were guest soloists for the Billy Graham Baltimore MD Crusade in 1981. Cliff made us feel so special. With all that he had to take care of he took time to make us feel part of the family, and not just Patricia and me, but 17 year old Jeff, who was with us.

A touching memory was how Cliff, in a post-crusade letter, included Jeff in his remarks and interest, ,and on two subsequent occasions inquired about how Jeff was doing, a testimony to life not just being about Cliff Barrows, but about others.

His memorial service is scheduled for next Tuesday, 11/22/16. and how we wish we could be there to remember a life that impacted millions for almost seven decades, while joining with the many in singing to the One Cliff Barrows led so many millions to praise.

Now, of the three original BGEA team of Billy Graham, George Beverly Shea and Cliff Barrows, only 98 year old Billy Graham remains here on earth.

NOTE: Those of you who know our Welsh tenor friend, Huw Priday, will want to know that Huw talked to Cliff just hours before Cliff was called home. Cliff asked Huw to sing at his funeral will want to know that Huw talked with Cliff on Monday and Cliff asked Huw to sing at his funeral.
