LIVING FAITH
“Now faith is the substance of things hoped for,
the evidence of things not seen” (Hebrews 11:1).

Faith is the substance of what you are looking for
before it has even arrived.
God says it, that settles it, so go act upon it
and you’ll have a faith that’s alive.
To get in on what God has promised His children
depends on some action from you.
As you dare to step out in faith you’ll discover
what God says He’ll do, He will do.

“Faith enables the believing soul to treat the future as the present and the invisible as visible. Faith is dependence upon God, and this God-dependence only begins when self-dependence ends. Genuine faith is more than mental assent or an emotional experience. It is the inward response to truth that has been revealed to the heart by the Holy Spirit who quickens and makes our spirit alive.” —Manley Beasley

-We are to walk by faith.
-We are to fight the good fight of faith.
-We are to take the shield of faith.
-We are to ask in faith.
-We are sanctified by faith.
-We are to draw near to God in assurance of faith.

“Without faith, it is impossible to please God” (Hebrews 11:6).

“Faith is believing something is so, when it is not so, in order for it to be so, because God says it is so.” —Manley Beasley

It’s not enough just to say you believe it
if you don’t intend to obey.
God has so clearly revealed in His Word
how He wants us to live every day.
You’ll find that you don’t have to wait until heaven
to get in on what God has for you.
A faith that is living means more than just trusting,
it’s doing what God says to do

Living faith, trusting in the Lord.
Living faith, acting on God’s Word.
Living faith in a promise that is true.
This is God’s will, this is God’s will for you.
